Bilgin 263 flagship project, measuring 80 meters, has been launched today from the yard’s metal works facility in Yalova. When delivered, it will be the largest luxury yacht to be built in Turkey to date.

After the official launch, the boat’s hull and superstructure have been shipped to the Bilgin Yachts’ outfitting facilities at Istambul West Marina and placed into one of the 90-meter slots of the megayachts hangar.

The yacht features naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design and interior styling by the London-based H2 Design Studio. The optimized and tank-tested hull allows for fuel efficiency at a remarkable range of 5000 nautical miles, as well as a top speed of 18 knots. The boat also promises spacious interior volume under her slim shape, with the indoor pool of the beach club spa area being her distinctive feature.

The first hull in the Bilgin 263 series is set to be delivered by the end of 2019. Another ongoing project of the Turkish shipyard is the second 48-meter hull of the Bilgin 156 series known for their flagship Nerissa that completed her sea trials in September 2017.
