34-metre yacht Mitan delivered
The 34.14 metre Mitan delivered by Johnson Yachts and now its largest model to date by the yard. The yacht was sold to American client in May 2017 by Gilman Yachts and then launched in November at Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
Dixon Yacht Design is responsible for the exterior design of the Mitan, which is built from a GRP hull and superstructure, with in-house naval architecture. Accommodation is for up to 14 guests in 6 staterooms, with a main deck master suite, a double cabin and 4 convertible twin rooms, with pullman berths in two of them. The crew quarters is up to 4 people in 2 cabins.
The yacht boasts tender storage with davit crane and place for 2 Wave Runners, as well as RIB. Mitan is also suitable for sportfishing. Powered with twin 1,925hp Caterpillar engines with a top speed of 23 knots as well as zero-speed ABT stabilizers, which dramatically improve ride comfort in any sea-state or wave angle.
