Justin Timberlake is selling his Soho penthouse
The singer is selling his three-bedroom penthouse in Soho for $7.995 million. Last summer, Justin Timberlake and his actress wife, Jessica Biel upgraded to a $20 million penthouse with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a massive terrace in the famous Tribeca building where stars like Jake Gyllenhaal, Meg Ryan, Taylor Swift, and Aziz Ansari have taken up residence.
The lowlier property was listed a couple of weeks ago with the star expecting to rack in a profit from the sale. Eight years ago he purchased it for only $6.5 million according to Variety.
Stretching across 2,598 feet, Timberlake's 3-bedroom penthouse is perched on top of the Soho Mews, a building designed by Gwathmey Siegel with a 24 hour doorman and garage. Other amenities within the building include a gym and a garden. Should the singer get the price he's looking for, he's set to make near $1.5 million in profits from the sale.
On top of the purchase price, the buyer will have to cover $3,686 in monthly fees to the building's operator to cover the upkeep of its amenities. Wrapped by a 853-foot terrace, the penthouse features floor to ceiling windows, flooding the interior with light. Designed in a modern, American fashion, Timberlake's living room is large enough to hold a baby grand piano.
Dating back to 2010, Timberlake's purchase of the Soho penthouse coincided with the rise of his acting career, seeing him star as Sean Parker in the acclaimed Social Network movie that depicted the early growth of Facebook.
Ranked as the 19th celebrity with the highest earning by Forbes, Timberlake has managed to remain relevant in the music industry ever since his early, NSYNC days. Having won 10 Grammy awards, Timberlake managed to star in no less than 8 films from 2010 to 2013, the three years that followed his purchase of this Soho penthouse.

The spacious 2,600-square-foot apartment boasts three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom, an 853 square foot wraparound terrace, and a stylish kitchen backed by a floor-to-ceiling built-in buffet.
Timberlake’s apartment also features over 10ft ceilings with floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous skyline views, a gas fireplace, a Crestron electronic shade system, custom wood paneling for optimal art display, entertaining and storage.
The east-facing dining space is open to a somewhat small but certainly smartly arranged galley kitchen expensively fitted with granite countertops, striated elm and smoked glass accents against lustrous snow-white cabinetry imported from Italy and an array of premium-quality appliances.
The kitchen boasts Valcucine cabinetry of striated elm and smoked glass, Jet Mist granite, Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine storage, Miele ovens and dishwasher, Gaggenau cooktop and fully-vented hood.
The five-fixture master bath is appointed with Statuary marble, radiant heat floor, Kaldewei VAIO DUO oval freestanding tub, frameless glass-enclosed shower, Lefroy Brooks fixtures and Valcucine vanity. The second and third bedrooms also feature en-suite bathrooms with Valcucine vanities, Jet Mist granite, and Lefroy Brooks fixtures.
