Frank Sinatra’s Mansion is for sale
The Frank Sinatra’s mansion on Broad Beach in Malibu put up for sale by TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.
75-year-old Sinatra built it in 1992. The place on the Pacific coast was chosen almost by accident: a wealthy singer, who already owned houses in Palm Springs and Los Angeles, came with his wife to visit his friends Steve and Aidi Gorm and decided to live next door. The famous American showbiz leader received close friends here, until his death.
In her book Lady Blue Eyes: My Life with Frank, singer Barbara’s fourth wife describes their life in this beach house, family poker games, and guest parties with love. After the death of Barbara in 2017, her son from his last marriage put the property on the market.
The author of this house’s project is architect Ted Grenzbach. Two-storey mansion with a total fruit of 5,800 sq. M. feet safely sheltered from the waves, and access to the ocean is framed by sand dunes. The internal and external layout provides large spaces for both entertainment and for a quiet rest by the fireplace with a glass of brandy.
The interior is dominated by white with bright accents. Panoramic windows make the rooms bright and sunny, and almost from each you can watch the sunsets, which are so famous for the US west coast. The building has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, several living rooms and bar rooms, saunas and its own hairdresser.
The cost of the mansion is $ 12.9 million.
