Bombardier Global 7500 successfully passes certification
Announced 8 years ago, the Bombardier Global 7500 was successfully certified by Transport Canada at Bombardier’s Global Completion Center in Montreal. It is reported that the delivery of the newest aircraft will begin at the end of 2018 after U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and European Aviation Safety Certification.
A private plane created by the Canadian aircraft bureau from scratch is a fundamentally new “standard by which a business jet is measured: comfort, luxury, performance, and a smooth ride.” - said David Colel, president of Bombardier Business Aircraft
The Global 7500 - is a 7,700-nautical-mile four-zone aircraft with a cabin equipped with Ka-band, the nice Touch cabin-management system, Bombardier Touch dial that brings OLED display technologies to business jets and the patented Nuage seat. In addition to its interior solutions, the aircraft is also the flagship of private aviation as the longest and largest private jet.
“During the certification process, the team successfully validated all customer and regulatory requirements to yield a highly integrated, state-of-the-art aircraft with the highest level of safety that meets or exceeds the needs of our clients,” said François Caza, Bombardier’s vice president, product development and chief engineer, product development engineering, aerospace.
