Bombardier Business Aircraft has revealed that Luxaviation Group now operates the first Challenger 350 super-midsize jet delivered to a customer in Belgium. This new addition to the Benelux market joins Bombardier’s robust business aircraft fleet in Europe. Bombardier’s more than 600 aircraft in service in the region represents the largest share of the industry’s total European fleet. Luxaviation is one of the largest private aircraft operators in the world. It is comprised of Luxaviation Helicopters, Starspeed and some of the world’s leading business aviation entities including ExecuJet.

We are very pleased that Bombardier’s best-selling Challenger 350 business jet has joined Luxaviation’s fleet of aircraft,” said Christophe Degoumois, Vice President, Sales, Europe, Russia and CIS, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “With its impressive high-performance features, superior economics, unmatched cabin comfort and entertainment technology, the Challenger 350 aircraft is ideally suited for the European market.

The aircraft, which can climb direct to 43,000 feet (13,106 metres), has a 3,200-nm range, connecting Brussels to Dubai nonstop. The 10-passenger jet further recently was awarded numerous steep approach certifications, allowing it to land at airfields such as London City Airport. With its signature smooth ride, exceptional cabin and the lowest-operating costs in its class, the best-selling business aircraft of the last decade is in high demand on the charter market.

We’re delighted to welcome this exceptional aircraft to Luxaviation’s fleet in Belgium,” said Hervé Laitat, CEO of Luxaviation Belgium.

Bombardier last year celebrated the 700th delivery of the Challenger 300 family, which includes the 350, and more recently noted that in 2018, for the second year in a row, the model was the most delivered multi-engine business jet.
